Some Background...

When I created this website, I didnt really know what I wanted to post on the site. Should I write about my experience in sports, school or outdoors? My opinion on how others are currently affecting me? So, I'll first give some background.

I've always lived and been taught to enjoy the outdoors. A 100 yards out my back door starts me up the foothills of a mountain. Hunting, fishing, and trapping are common activities for me, my Dad, and occasionally the rest of the family. Until recently, I've always had time for those things, but school, sports and other 'stuff' has limited my freetime.

The picture shows me holding a live possum. That possum happens to be the result of going on a walk in the woods at night and having the great idea to chase it down and catch it. (Possums turn out to be pretty slow and not too smart.) Of course, Mom wouldn't let me keep it.
